Chef Mike Watson (left) is a Illinois Institute of Art graduate with a Culinary degree and a Baking and Pastry degree. He has worked for some of Chicago's hottest chefs (including Charlie Trotter while he was in culinary school) he also had the opportunity to open Opera and Gioco for Jerry Kleiner. Mike helped in opening Grange Hall Burger Bar in the West Loop before he decided to take on the adventure of opening a restaurant himself. Green Bean Restaurant was a gluten free, non-GMO, and nut free establishment. Mike has been in the catering business since 2008, focusing on healthy flavorful menus. In his free time Mike enjoys spending time working on new menu items, cooking with his kids and watching sports.

Chef Matt DeLoach is a recent Elgin Community College Culinary graduate with a degree in culinary arts, baking and pastry, and hospitality. He started out his culinary adventure as a chef at Green Bean Restaurant. He excelled and quickly grew to become an indispensable employee. Matt has done a charity event for the Trotter foundation at Chicago Bloom 2016. 

For the past year Matt has been a chef for Cater 2 U and has helped grow the company. Matt enjoys trying out new recipes, cooking with his family, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
